The rules which PokerStars place on an all-in player or disconnected player are as follows. For a player that goes all in before the hand has ended will not be eligible to win anymore money past the all in bet that was made. If there is excess money from another player that money will either be returned to the player or will be put into a side pot with the players with remaining money.
